We stand behind our craftsmanship. Still, our items require unique handling, meaning we evaluate return requests individually. We ask that you review these guidelines before making your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns when specific situations occur.

• Transit Damage: If your order arrives broken, email us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage.
• Mismatched Orders: If we sent the wrong item, let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
• Quality Issues: For concerns about product integrity, send us the details along with the specific batch number.

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items that have been opened or used
• Orders sent to regions with strict import laws
• Shipments held by customs officials
• Simple changes of mind

Return Process

First, write to us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Include your order number and explain the situation. Our team will review your message and send specific instructions.

If we approve your request, pack the item back into its original box. After we get the item back and check it over, we will issue your refund or mail a replacement.

Refunds

We send funds back to the card or account you used to buy the item.

• Full Reimbursement: This applies to damaged shipments or our packing mistakes.
• Partial Reimbursement: We offer partial credits for verified quality issues, evaluated on an individual level.
• Timing: You can expect your funds to appear within five to ten business days after approval.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If we made a mistake, we will cover the return postage fees. For all other return situations, you must pay for the return shipping yourself.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items remain completely non-returnable.

• Any opened or used products
• Bespoke or custom orders
• Purchases made more than 14 days ago
